BOUCHON choker

The first use of the cork dates back to antiquity to seal wine amphoras. Both lung and filter, the cork allows gas to circulate between the wine and the external environment ensuring the micro-respiration of the wine. Depending on whether this exchange is balanced or not, the wine would age well or badly.
